Welcome to our PPG page! We are a group of patients who have volunteered to liaise with doctors and staff at the surgery to improve services, help to plan future priorities and listen to patients’ concerns.

At present we are a small group and would love to hear from more volunteer members to ensure that all patients’ voices are represented whether you are younger or older, male, female or non-binary and have differing needs and backgrounds. Please get in touch if you think you could join us for meetings once in a while. We generally meet at the practice on a Tuesday early evening every couple of months.

We are interested in all aspects of the surgery, including:

  • Appointments, particularly the new on-line triage system
  • Patient Information
  • Complaints and praise
  • Having the patient voice heard
